The living room boasts ample seating and a 60-inch smart TV.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, ample closet space, a ceiling fan, and a 50-inch smart TV. The ensuite bathroom boasts a single floating vanity and a walk-in shower with direct access to the side yard through a bi-folding door.
The two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds, ceiling fans, closet space, and 50-inch smart TVs. These bedrooms share the hallway bath, featuring a single vanity and walk-in shower.
RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day (depending on time of year). This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however you are responsible for any overages.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.

We had a fabulous time at this property. The home and pool area were fantastic. The outdoor landscaping was beautiful. The home had all the amenities you would need and Altamira Vacation Rentals were attentive and helpful.

This was the most perfect AirBnB! The property was beautiful, clean and very aesthetically pleasing. We were on a girls’ trip, so you know a lot of photos were taken! There was plenty of space for all 5 of us - we fully enjoyed both indoor and outdoor spaces. The host/property manager put together a binder that will basically answer any questions you may have about operating the home. They provide bath towels, pool towels and have a washer and dryer. It’s easy to get to and located 5 minutes away from restaurants and stores. Although, we almost gave up our dinner reservations because we didn’t want to leave the AirBnB. This property really felt like a private desert oasis (with flawless artificial turf and a/c). I definitely recommend this AirBnB to anyone visiting Palm Springs.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was very clean, very well maintained and provided everything we needed. There was plenty of shade around the pool and the backyard amenities were great. The staff was very helpful and responsive with our requests and responded immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

A meticulously remodeled house with a lux, minimalist vibe that preserved the desert aesthetic while bringing it up to 2024 standards. The back yard was jaw dropping. Never seen a turf lawn so well executed! And the live cactuses/hedges were simply beautiful (and fully surround the space, so everything felt very private). Jacuzzi was again very tasteful and easy to heat. The pool – sounding like a broken record – was perfect. Also had a great hosting space under a giant pergola complete. We loved the gas fire pit. Such a great use of the side yard! And gotta appreciate the tasteful outdoor shower. Going inside (through the stunning sliders that fully open), the kitchen/living room open-concept space was chic, elegant, and functional. Everything we wanted was available…in style! A Nest thermostat, top-of-the-line appliances (ice machine omg), bathrooms and showers with great water pressure and ceiling sun lights -- simply put: everything in the house WORKED (it’s rare these days).
This property was fantastic. The location was excellent, the owners' communication exceeded expectations, and the place looked exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood's strict noise rules made it wonderfully peaceful—you could literally hear a pin drop. When we return to Palm Springs, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!
